Timings

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5pm. This includes pick up orders.

Deliveries need to be booked a day in advance. This may change during certain calendar events such as Mother’s Day & Valentines etc.

Requests for specific delivery times may include an additional fee (this includes AM & PM requests).

No Timed deliveries are available on weekends or special occasions such as Valentines and Mother’s Day etc.

Saturdays we will do our best to service all your needs however we have limited drivers available Saturday which impacts our timings.

Attempted Delivery

If the courier company we use can’t leave your delivery safely, we will contact you the biller to notify you of the situation. The arrangement will be retuurned to Botanic Fawna.

A return charge may require an additional fee. A redelivery fee will also apply.

Please be conscious of certain limitations that may prevent us from delivering and try to eliminate the factor (i.e. does the property have a gate that would prevent delivery. If so we may need to call the recipient before delivering so a contact number for them would need to be provided).

Prices may vary during Mother’s Day week, Christmas Holidays & Valentines week.

Flora will be determined by season and availability. We will do our utmost to provide the customer with what is requested when physically possible.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product or service, please contact us within 24 hours of the occurrence.

Upon proof of purchase and given you have met the care conditions agreed to, a number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
