What forms of payment do you accept?

We take online payment using stripe.

If you prefer bank transfer, we can email you an invoice. The transfer will need to be completed before delivery or pick up.

If you prefer to pay cash please call us to order. Cash payment is only available on pick up, not online or delivery orders.

How do I complete the checkout form for a pick up only order?

If you are picking up your items we just need your billing information for Invoice purposes. 

Please complete the following required steps:

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email
  2. Add an optional Company Name
  3. Select “PICK UP” from the dropdown under “Town / City”
  4. Enter your Street Address and Postcode
  5. Add any oprional  “Order Notes”
  6. Select the date you want to pick up your flowers from our Studio

    Note that we require a minimum of two (2) working days (Tue – Sat) to prepare your order.

  7. Select the time you will be at the studio so that we can make sure it is ready when you arrive

    Look for the hourly options called “Timed Collection Fee: $0” and choose your preferred time slot.

  8. Untick the “Join our  BF email community” box if you do not want to be added to our mailling list where we send you information about special offers
  9. Tick the box “Create an account?” if you want to make future purchaes easier and be able to track the status of your order
  10. Leave the “Ship to a different address?” box empty
  11. Enter your credit card details
  12. Tick the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” once you have read them (click here)
  13. Select the “PLACE ORDER” button

How do I complete the checkout form for a delivery order to myself (if billing and shipping details are the same)?

If you are getting your order delivered to yourself and the billing info and shipping info is the same, please follow the below process. 

Please complete the following required steps:

Step 1 > Complete the “BILLING DETAILS” section which is the information needed for your Invoice.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone and Email
  2. Add an optional Company Name
  3. Select your billing suburb from the “Town / City” dropdown.

    Note that the delivery fee will only be charged once so you can add it to both this section and the delivery section later on.

  4. Enter your Street Address and Postcode
  5. Add any oprional  “Order Notes”
  6. Select the date you want your flowers to be delivered.

    Note that we require a minimum of two (2) working days (Tue – Sat) to prepare your order.

  7. For an extra $7 you can choose priority to have the flowers delivered in the first half of the day (10am – 1.30pm), or the second half of the day (1.30pm – 5pm). To opt in for this look for the options called “Timed Delivery Fee: $7” and choose your preferred time slot.
  8. Untick the “Join our BF email community” box if you do not want to be added to our mailling list where we send you information about special offers
  9. Tick the box “Create an account?” if you want to make future purchaes easier and be able to track the status of your order
  10. Tick the “Ship to a different address?” box

Step 2 > Complete the “RECIPIENT DETAILS” section which is the information needed for the Courier.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email
  2. Add an optional Company Name
  3. Enter your Street Address again
  4. Enter any delivery location specific information that the Courier will need to know like a unit number or building name etc
  5. Select your delivery suburb from the “Town / City” dropdown which should be the same as what you entered above

    Note that the suburb you select here is what will determine the zone charge for delivery. A delivery fee will automatically be added to your order total.

  6. Enter your Postcode again
  7. Add any oprional  “Delivery Notes” that may be helpful to the Courier like parking notes or which gate to use etc

Step 3 > Complete the “Credit Card (Stripe)” payment section.

  1. Enter your credit card details
  2. Tick the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” once you have read them (click here)
  3. Select the “PLACE ORDER” button

How do I complete the checkout form for a delivery order to someone else (if billing and shipping details are the different)?

If you are buying the flowers but getting the order delivered to someone else, please follow the below process. 

Please complete the following required steps:

Step 1 > Complete the “BILLING DETAILS” section which is the information needed for your Invoice.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone and Email
  2. Add an optional Company Name
  3. Select your billing suburb from the “Town / City” dropdown.

    Note that the delivery fee charged will be applied based on the recipient suburb in the next section so you can ignjore any fee that is added here.

  4. Enter your Street Address
  5. Enter your State (if is is not South Australia)
  6. Enter your Postcode
  7. Add any oprional  “Order Notes”
  8. Select the date you want the flowers to be delivered to the recipient

    Note that we require a minimum of two (2) working days (Tue – Sat) to prepare the order.

  4. Enter any delivery location specific information that the Courier will need to know like any hospital information
  5. Select the recipients delivery suburb from the “Town / City” dropdown


    Note that the suburb you select here is what will determine the zone charge for delivery. A delivery fee will automatically be added to your order total.

  6. Enter the recipeints delivery Postcode
  7. Add any oprional  “Delivery Notes” that may be helpful to the Courier like parking notes, which gate to use, a contact number if a code is needed etc

Step 3 > Complete the “Credit Card (Stripe)” payment section.

  1. Enter your credit card details
  2. Tick the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” once you have read them (click here)
  3. Select the “PLACE ORDER” button

DELIVERY

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately I am unable to offer same day delivery due to the nature of what I do which prevents me from holding stock.

I only offer custom arrangements which requires me to purchase fresh flowers for each arrangement with your budget, colour theme and design in mind.

Please pre-order two days prior to pick up or delivery. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.

How much is your delivery fee?

Your delivery fee will be calculated based on the distance between Botanic Fawna studios and the suburb in which the arrangement will be sent. This will be determined by zones during checkout. 

  • Zone A = $13
  • Zone B = $16.50
  • Zone C = $21
  • Zone D = $31.50
  • Zone E = $36
  • Zone F = $41.50
  • Zone G = $48
  • Zone H = $56
  • Zone I = $63
  • Zone J = $71

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your flowers will be delivered on the date you have requested.

Keep in mind we closed Mondays and Sundays, opening hours may also be effected by public holidays.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If the courier company we use can’t leave your delivery safely, we will contact you the biller to notify you of the situation. The arrangement will be returned to Botanic Fawna.

A return charge may require an additional fee. A redelivery fee will also apply.

Will you let me know when the flowers are delivered?

The courier service we use to deliver your flowers are unable to offer notification as a service. However, you can leave a note in the special request section (when placing your online order) that you would like to be informed that your delivery has been sent out.

We will notify you that the courier has taken the arrangement and will be delivered before the end of the day.

For timed deliveries a $7 fee will apply.

What about plants and orchids?

We do not provide plants and potted Orchids on our website, however we try to accommodate all our customers.

FLOWERS

What is the difference between flat back and round arrangements?

FLAT-BACK ARRANGEMENT

A flat-back arrangement is meant to only be viewed from the front. There are no flowers behind the arrangement. This style makes the arrangement appear larger and is ideal for gifts, displays and events.

ROUND ARRANGEMENT

A round arrangement has a 360 degree viewing circumference, meaning it can be viewed from all angles. This style makes the arrangement appear smaller due to the extra surface area covered by flowers. This arrangement is ideal for table arrangements, for events or at home.

What flowers can I get hand painted?

We currently offer Orchids and Anthuriums.

You can choose to get either or both in the form of a bouquet or a hand painted vase, up to 10 of each.

There are 6 flowers on 1 stem. 

How many flowers are on an Anthurium stem?

There is 1 flower on 1 stem. 

SERVICES

What services do you offer?

At Botanic Fawna we offer a number of services.
In terms of arrangements, we offer preserved/dried arrangements that stand the test of time and can be customised to your budget and colour theme.

Our most popular product is our hand painted Orchids from our Tropic Drop collection. Each Orchid when kept in the right conditions can live up to 3 weeks or more. As an extra we also offer two complimentary initials to be painted on your orchid per order.

If you’re looking for something a little more traditional we offer bouquets or vase arrangements in our floral arrangement category. These can also be customised to suit your budget, colour theme and purpose.

Do you do weddings / parties / small events?

In terms of events, we offer table, bar and floor arrangements.

We also provide event coordinators and florists with customised painted orchids, perfect for special occasions.

We do not provide on-site work.

Do you offer holiday decor services?

For all holidays there will be a specific collection or colour theme available.
